Many different ways to make money in Real Estate. Concerned about risk, we can work on purchasing Turnkey Product that provides a good return with minimal risk. Concerned about Cash Flow, we have tenants wanting to graduate out of the rental pool market with Rent To Own. Maybe you can afford higher risk and want the highest possible returns, we have distressed properties in our portfolio now that require significant renovations.

I am interested in Real Estate Investing and want to do it myself but I have no idea where to start. Can you help?
Why not consider performing a Real Estate Investing Project with us. By doing one together you will learn a lot about Investing and you will be ready after its completion on how to do it on your own. And when you go out on your own, we can still stay in contact through our Advisory Services so we are always just a phone call away.
What kind of returns should I expect?
Returns can often vary by class of project but should always be higher than investment vehicles like Mutual Funds. In the past we have generated double digit returns for turnkey projects, 15% or more for Rent to Own, and 20% or more for long term buy and holds involving distressed properties.
Do you have current projects that we can discuss, see, and potentially buy into?
Yes. We currently have a few properties, turnkey and distressed, with set budgets and expectations for returns. We would love to sit down with you and discuss these projects.
What if I have funds but can’t qualify for a mortgage?
No worries. More challenging but sometimes we are prepared to go on mortgage and title. More importantly, we can create a three way contract where we have the expertise, you have the funds, and someone else qualifies for the mortgage.
What Cities and Towns do you invest in?
Never say never right. But currently our investing expertise is based in Hamilton and Niagara. For now, we like to stick with what we know and we are good at.
