Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy differs based on the length of your stay.  Short term guests are defined for stays under 30 days.  Long term guests are defined for stays that are 30 days or longer.  Alterations, where a reservation is being shortened either by delaying the check in day or speeding up the check out day, are considered the same as cancellations and fall under the same policies as below.

Short Term Stays

Our policy is as follows.  If you cancel more than 7 days in advance of your check in day you will receive a 50% refund.  For bookings that are being cancelled with seven days or less before check in day, no refund is provided.

Long Term Stays

For long term stays being cancelled at any time, refunds for anything over one month are offered at 100%.  The guest will only pay for one month or less if the remainder of the stay is less than one month.
