5-20 Maplewood LTR

This unit is full of Arts & Crafts style.  A home Frank Lloyd Wright would have been proud of.  And we will be continuing to add furniture and furnishings that fit the style of this 20th Century Designer and Architect.

This unit is a four bedroom.  It encompasses two stories, main floor and basement, over 2,000 sq. ft. of living space.  Kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom and three bedrooms are on the main floor.  (One bedroom has been converted to an office but a cot is available for extra sleeping if needed).  Kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and one bedroom encompass the basement.  The basement even has a bar for light entertaining.

Please note that laundry is included in the unit.  This unit is totally separate from other guests on the property.  The only common spaces are the driveway, for multiple vehicles please park in tandem.  The front porch and back yard are shared with other tenants but provide a great outdoor space to enjoy three seasons.

Parking is also available for a small fee.
